Do you qualify to join Fit Families?

If you are a young person aged 5 - 15 (Or a parent/carer of a young person) and live in Shropshire, or are registered with a Shropshire GP, you may qualify to join Fit Families.

If you are concerned about your weight please get in touch and you may be able to have focused support for a year to assist you in improving your diet and becoming more active.
