Can changing your mealtimes make you healthier?

Try changing the times that you eat to lose weight and feel healthier.
Research has found that your body burns food better earlier on in the day so the old saying 'Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and supper like a pauper (poor person)' is actually very good advice.
