This is shocking as many of the things we eat we believe to be healthy - especially if they have a 'Green banner' on the box or states 'low fat/calorie' . the truth is that many of these foods have been sweetened with sugar.
We would like to come up with a selection of quick and easy breakfast ideas which are a healthy alternative to reduce the amoubt of sugar we eat.
If you have any ideas please share them on this blog with us.
Here is my favourite -
Bagel and Cream Cheese With Tomato and Cucumber

- 1/2cup cream cheese (about 4 ounces)
- 1small Kirby cucumber
- 1/2plum tomato, cut into wedges
DIRECTIONS
- Toast the bagel halves and spread each with the cream cheese.
- Cut the Kirby into 8 rounds and several thin slices that can be used to form eyeglasses. Cut the tomato into 4 wedges and use one on each bagel half to form a smile.
